About 80 people joined mixed-media artist Hanoch Piven to learn about his artwork and then experiment with using his fun and easy collage technique to create their own self-portraits by reinventing the meaning of everyday objects.

A program for adults
For more than 20 years, Hanoch Piven has been creating art using a specialized collage technique. His colorful and witty portraits have appeared in major U.S. and European magazines and newspapers, children’s books, interactive exhibits, advertisements, TV programs, and even an iPad app. His book, Let’s Make Faces, was published in August 2013. Piven has lectured and conducted workshops across the globe, including at TEDx Jerusalem.
