National Young Leadership Cabinet

The Jewish Federations of North America's (JFNA) National Young Leadership Cabinet is a community of 400 men and women at the highest levels of philanthropic commitment and personal performance, working and learning together as they master the skills needed to ensure a compelling Jewish future. Since its founding in 1963, this six-year program had educated and trained exceptional leaders who have gone on to assume some of the most important roles in the Jewish community.

Cabinet members serve in a variety of civic and philanthropic leadership positions, spearheading cutting-edge programs and initiatives. Cabinet alumni shape Jewish philanthropy in North America and around the world.

When you join Cabinet, you embark on a path of personal growth and philanthropic fulfillment that starts at your first event and lasts a lifetime.
