The Phillips Leadership Institute is a leadership development program that
trains and prepares Jewish leaders of Cincinnati’s congregations, agencies and
other Jewish organizations to confront the challenges facing Jewish
communal organizations in the 21st century,
 
Claire Phillips established the Institute in loving memory of her husband
Charles Phillips from the Claire and Charles A. Phillips Philanthropic Fund of
