The Federation’s financial framework has grown dramatically over the past decade. Today it includes funding from multiple sources including our Annual Campaign, Federation-run donor-advised funds, donor-directed gifts, legacy giving, and corporate and foundation grants. Our goal is to allocate at least 85 cents of every dollar directly to programs and grants, and we consistently exceed it—averaging 87 cents over five years*.
Together, in 2023, we allocated nearly $27 million to create global change.
For more information about our allocations and grant making, please contact Erin Klein, Director of Finance, at eklein@jfedcin.org or Lindsey Wade, Chief Operating Officer, at lwade@jfedcin.org.
*The five-year average of 87 cents excludes 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic's impact on allocations.
We pride ourselves on our transparency and accountability.
Our audited financial statement and Form 990 is available for public review.
We have been recognized by Charity Navigator with its highest possible rating—4 stars.
