Kathy Brinkman will receive AJC Cincinnati’s 2023 Judge Learned Hand Award on Wednesday, May 24, 5:30 PM. American Jewish Committee’s CEO and former U.S. Congressman, Ted Deutch, will be the featured speaker at the event.
