6 Weeks to Shred is a small group training series aimed at increasing muscle mass to burn fat.

Weekly 1-hour guided group personal training and self-guided workout programs are available for members age 16+.

Through 6 Weeks to Shred, you’ll be entered to win a J Spa Massage. The more you exercise, the more chances you’ll have to win!

  • Tuesdays at 10am with Stacey B.
  • Tuesday at 6pm with Misty
  • Wednesdays at 6pm with Misty
  • Thursdays at 9:30am with Alice
