Honeymoon Israel, in partnership with the Jewish Federation of Cincinnati, the Mayerson JCC, and The Jewish Foundation of Cincinnati, is launching an exciting opportunity for young married couples in Cincinnati. Honeymoon Israel will provide an immersive trip to Israel for newly married or very committed couple who reside in Cincinnati ages 25 to 40 that have at least one Jewish partner. The program welcomes Cincinnati couples of diverse backgrounds, including interfaith and LGBTQ couples, and seeks to engage with couples who may not have a strong connection to the Jewish community. Couples must reside in the Greater Cincinnati area. The goal of the program is to create communities of couples who are building families with deep and meaningful connections to Jewish life and Jewish people.
Starting June 3, eligible Cincinnati couples will be able to apply for the second Cincinnati Honeymoon Israel trip. This enriching, provocative, luxurious, and inspirational nine-day experience has an affordable price tag of $2,500 per couple, which includes all flights and ground costs. In Cincinnati, Honeymoon Israel is heavily subsidized with generous support from The Jewish Foundation of Cincinnati. The second Cincinnati-based trip with 20 couples will take place February 13-23, 2020.
Honeymoon Israel will accept applications from June 3 through July 15. Interested couples are invited to attend an Information Night. For more information, visit www.jewishcincinnati.org/honeymoonisrael.
