As supporters of those living with type one diabetes, we are pleased to announce the Tee It up For Type 1 Golf Outing taking place May 18, 2015, at Four Bridges Country Club in Liberty Township, Ohio. The Golf Outing features lunch followed by a 1 p.m. shotgun start with Scramble Format, dinner, a silent auction and raffle. This event is being conducted by the Cincinnati Islet Initiative (CII), a local 501(c)3 charity which has been supporting efforts to improve the lives of people with type 1 diabetes (T1D) since 2005. All proceeds of this event will be donated to JDRF Southwest Ohio.

Golfers can participate for $150 per person.
