Join us, February 16th at 1:00 pm to practice yoga and learn practical strategies to reduce stress, anxiety and improve your focus and awareness during your job search. We know the process can be stressful and finding ways to help alleviate this stress provides benefits far beyond the job search.
Ann Stromberg 500RYT, LISW will teach us how to use relaxation and mindfulness techniques using yoga, breath and meditation. No previous yoga experience necessary! Wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat or towel as we will be sitting on the floor. You will leave feeling refreshed, renewed and with practical strategies to improve your focus and mindfulness.
- The yoga class will last about 1 1/2 hours.
