An interactive program celebrating the Ushpizot, biblical women invited as Sukkah guests, through foods that represent their stories.
This seder is adapted from materials found on the website of the Jewish Orthodox Feminist Alliance, authored by Elana Maryles Sztokman.
Just as we associate Passover and Tu b'Shvat with storytelling, a seder plate with symbolic foods and 4 cups of wine, we have created and share with the community a seder for Sukkot.
The food is prepared according to laws of Kashruth and will be vegetarian and dairy dishes or foods.
The seder is hosted by Etz Chaim Sisterhood.
