Jewish Meditation for Calm and Resilience

Drop in for a meditation session, led by an experienced Jewish mindfulness meditation instructor. These sessions will help you develop your ability to pay attention to the present moment, cultivate calmness, practice kindness towards yourself and others, and respond to this difficult moment more wisely and skillfully.

You may attend once or regularly; when you register, you will receive the Zoom link for all sessions.
