Cincinnati’s Israeli emissaries (shlichim) build and strengthen relationships between our city and Israel by educating the Jewish and broader communities about Israel. The shlichim engage with local agencies, congregations, day schools, camps, and The Mayerson JCC to create Israel-focused programs and activities. Two examples are Chaverim M’Israel, which brings two post-high school teenagers from our partner city, Netanya, to Cincinnati, and Israel Fellow, which places outstanding Israeli young adults on key college campuses.
