Springtime in Cincinnati means the Reds! The Jewish Professional Advisors Network (JPAN) is planning an outing to the Reds Stadium on March 23.
JPAN is a group for those in law, financial planning, insurance, taxes, or accounting. “We bring people together to further our professional development, understand and build connections with community organizations, and network with one another—join us!” says Ken Heldman, JPAN member and organizer of this event.
The group will meet with Charley Frank, executive director of the Cincinnati Reds Community Fund, for a behind-the-scenes glimpse into the philanthropic arm of the Reds and a tour of Great American Ballpark. Heldman says, “We’ll learn about the unique and not-so-unique successes and challenges of fundraising within the framework of a professional sports organization.”
Networking and happy hour will follow afterwards at Yard House at the Banks.
The organization has been around for three years now, and continues to grow. Debra Steinbuch, Planned Giving and Endowment Manager at the Jewish Federation of Cincinnati, said, “I’m really excited about JPAN’s recent successes. We continue to have new interest, and draw new young professionals, and new established professionals as well. This event will be a great opportunity for seasoned professionals and newcomers alike to learn and network.”
