Wanting the best for your child is normal, but wanting perfection can be damaging. Perfectionism can affect a child’s self-esteem and emotional stability. Learn ways to tame the perfectionism in your child. Instead of perfection, parents can encourage happiness and excellence and also support their child when he experiences failure. When your child knows you love and support him even if he fails, he’ll feel free to take chances & pursue his goals.
