David Tessler is the senior advisor to the Acting Under-Secretary for Terrorism and Financial Intelligence at the Department of the Treasury working on the Iran sanctions program. Before joining Treasury, Mr. Tessler was in the Foreign Service. His postings included Baghdad, Iraq, and the US Mission to the United Nations in New York.
