"One Person Can Make a Difference"

7:00PM - 8:00PM

Irene Gut Opdyke: Catholic, Polish and Righteous Among the Nations by Yad Vashem.  She is credited with the saving of 12 Jews during World War II because she "thought with her heart, not her head."  Irene felt that "we are all part of one human family" and that "we certainly are our brother's keeper."

Her story was told in the Broadway play, Irena's Vow and now you can hear her story through the voice of her only child, Jeannie Opdyke Smith.
