The Jewish Council on Public Affairs, JCRC's national umbrella organization, is co- organizing an interactive Town Hall on the emergency situation in prisons for faith communities in coordination with the Ending Mass Incarceration (EMI) national strategy team.  EMI is a new national congregational movement of different faith movements to teach, pray, and act at the local and national level.
