Protecting Voting Rights in a Time of Pandemic and Racial Reckoning

Please join us for ADL’s Fighting Hate from Home webinar on July 23 at 2 PM ET/11 AM PT to discuss protecting voting rights in a time of pandemic and racial reckoning. The webinar will share insights from voting rights experts about how to ensure that our upcoming elections are fair and inclusive, and that efforts at disinformation don’t spread unchecked.

This is complicated by COVID-19, which in addition to its devastating health and economic impact, brings challenges around voter ID, registration, mail-in voting, and reduction of polling places, to name only a few.

The struggle against voter suppression and for access to the ballot is arguably the biggest racial equity fight this year. Dismantling systemic racism and moving toward a more just society is linked to ensuring that historically marginalized communities, such as Black Americans, have a meaningful voice in the political system. This is not lost on those who traffic in hate.

During this Fighting Hate from Home webinar, join ADL to discuss what the election will look like, the best strategies to protect it and how you can get involved.

All registrants will be emailed a link to the recording to re-watch and share.
