Hear the lived of experience of diverse black voices during the difficulties of 2020. We will discuss everything from the disproportionate deaths of Black American's from Covid-19, to the unequal way that the quarantine impacted Black wealth, and the trauma of watching the George Floyd and Ahmaud Arbery videos. Come prepared to: 1. Learn from different and distinct Black voices why this time "seems different." 2. Hear why many Black People denounce but won't totally rebuke those who loot. 3. Learn how you can be a part of the antiracism movement (hint: it's not about talking to your racist uncle at Thanksgiving). The goal of each of our Race: Rage & Fear sessions is to equip participants with practical information and tools things that everyone can do to help dismantle the systems that cause some of the ever-present oppression, disparities, lynchings, and marginalizing.

50 Free tickets are available. Once those are sold out we ask for a donation for the other slots (any donation amount will be accepted. We suggest a $7 donation to support the work.)

In the current social and political climate, it is important that those of us seeking to create positive change in our world have opportunities to engage in real and relevant discussions around race, truth and justice.
