Virtual Meditation: Transcending Isolation through Gratitude

In honor of #ThankfulThursday, join us for a restorative virtual meditation experience with Erin Rachel Doppelt, a youthful and wise teacher of mindfulness for all groups and ages. This session will focus on how we can bring more gratitude into our daily lives to transcend the feeling of isolation and walk towards inner peace and unity among our communities. We will give special thanks to the upstanders who have made our lives possible by standing up to hate throughout history.
