Hostages Return Home and A Historic Step Toward Peace

A historic agreement has been reached to bring home every remaining hostage and end the war in Gaza. Announced two years after the tragedies of October 7, this breakthrough offers long-prayed-for relief and cautious hope.
 
Brokered by U.S. leadership with mediation from Egypt, Qatar, and Turkey, the agreement includes:
 
  • The release of all hostages — living and deceased — within 72 hours
  • A complete ceasefire and permanent end to hostilities
  • The disarmament of Hamas and international oversight of Gaza’s demilitarization
  • Deployment of an international stabilization force and large-scale humanitarian aid for civilians
