Bob Clayton Honored at CHDS Legacy Dinner for Outstanding Community Service

At the recent Cincinnati Hebrew Day School Legacy Dinner, Bob Clayton was recognized for his unwavering dedication to the Jewish community. As Director of Community and Property Management at the Jewish Federation of Cincinnati, Clayton has played a crucial role in maintaining Jewish institutions and ensuring their security through SAFE Cincinnati.

Though he often works behind the scenes, Clayton’s impact is undeniable. His leadership has helped keep Jewish Cincinnati’s schools, synagogues, and community centers safe and operational. At the Legacy Dinner, friends, colleagues, and community members came together to celebrate his tireless efforts.

Clayton, a lifelong Amberley resident, has spent years volunteering for organizations such as the Mayerson JCC, Cincinnati Hillel, and the Red Cross. Recently, he was also honored with the prestigious Mesel Wieder Mensch Award for his selfless service. Reflecting on his contributions, he humbly credited his mentors for instilling in him the value of helping others.

With no plans to slow down, Clayton continues to dedicate his time to community improvement projects. His work serves as an inspiration, proving that true leadership is often found in those who serve quietly yet powerfully.
