Josh Blatt has spent his career building. In 1993, he co-founded a homebuilding company with his brother Jon, and for three decades, the two of them have built homes in neighborhoods across Cincinnati. Now he is building at the national level. Josh is joining the Board of Trustees of the Jewish Federations of North America, where he will represent Cincinnati.
The appointment follows years of local leadership. Josh served as Board Chair of the Jewish Federation of Cincinnati, where he helped strengthen this community. Neighbors know his work firsthand. "Josh and Jon built my first house years ago," one person wrote after the news broke. "So happy to see Josh thriving and giving back to the Cincinnati area."
The Jewish Federations of North America is the international network that connects local Federations across the United States and Canada. A seat on its Board of Trustees means Cincinnati has a direct voice in the decisions that shape Jewish life well beyond our region, and it carries the relationships built here into a much wider circle.
For Josh, the idea holds steady from a house to a community. You build it piece by piece, and you build it to last.
Mazel tov, Josh. Keep building!
