On Tuesday, April 9th the Jewish Federation of Cincinnati joined around 40 other organizations in signing the Hamilton County Pay Equity Commitment, a voluntary, employer-led initiative to help close the gender wage gap in Hamilton County. We are proud to take this opportunity to reaffirm our dedication to equity, and our ongoing efforts to uphold fairness and respect for all people.
