You Are Invited!

The JCRC annual meeting is coming up on June 13th, and it is set to be an incredible event. More than just about any other program this year, I really urge you to attend—and to bring a guest or two. There are three things about this annual meeting that are particularly special, and any one of them would merit your participation:

1. Not only will we be handing the presidential reins of the JCRC board from Mark Barsman to Ben Schneider, but we will be “swearing in” eight new board members—all of whom are remarkably talented! We will also be saying goodbye to some others, who have served the JCRC diligently. Come to support Mark, Ben, and all the rest.

2. We have some big and exciting information about the Leaders in Light Institute to announce. We'll be sharing more about a transformational gift that is ensuring this work continues long into the future, and—at long last!—we will reveal our upcoming cohort. Come to hear more and to find out who will be the next Leaders in Light Fellows.

3. Last, but certainly not least: You spoke, and we listened. Our meeting this year will feature a panel discussion on how American Jews are responding to tumult and change in Israel. The panel will feature three top-level authorities from across the political spectrum—Jason Greenblatt, Shanie Reichman, and Rabbi Josh Weinberg. It will be moderated by Adam Teitelbaum. Come to learn more and to see these four experts address the most pressing Israel-related questions of the day.

I hope you agree with me that this annual meeting holds a lot of promise. We hope to see you there!
